Real-Life Support Through Professional Virtual Care
Real Life Therapy, LLC offers telehealth counseling for adults facing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and major life changes, with a focus on personalized, practical support. Services include individual counseling, alcohol and drug counseling, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), centered on helping clients move forward in a calm, supportive setting.
Practical Support
Real life can be messy, and sometimes we get stuck in patterns that just aren’t working anymore. Therapy is a place to figure out what’s really going on underneath it all, not just put a Band-Aid on it. We’ll work together to better understand what’s keeping you stuck, build on what’s already working, and find practical ways to create real change in your everyday life.

Let’s See If We’re a Good Fit
I believe finding the right therapist is important, and sometimes you just need to have a conversation to know if it feels like a good fit. Before scheduling a first session, I prefer to meet with prospective clients for about 10-20 minutes. It gives us a chance to talk a little about what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’re hoping to get out of it, and whether I might be the right person to work with you.
If we both feel like it’s a good fit, we can go from there and get your first session scheduled.
